Presenter bio: Tony Leto has been in the railing business since 1984. He has been active in presenting information about code bodies and standards relating to handrail and guards for over 30 years. He has attended hearings for the ADA, ICC, and ANSI giving him first-hand knowledge of the processes involved in creating and approving codes and standards.
