Multifamily Project Example: Brooklyn Bridge Park Quay Tower

About the Project: Standing stylishly tall in Brooklyn Heights, directly on the waterfront and Brooklyn Bridge Park, Quay Tower is surrounded by sweeping views and open sky. Minutes from Manhattan, Brooklyn’s sophisticated new addition offers a luxury residence that touts offering the best of it all. Situated directly on the waterfront and rising 30 stories high, the harbor and city views from Quay Tower are truly one of a kind.
Working with architects ODA, designer Marmol Radziner used a curated selection of high-end materials to craft airy homes that embody effortless, modern elegance. Thick slabs of Travertine marble coat the walls and floors of stunning primary bathrooms adorned with custom oak double vanities, high-end lighting, a walk-in shower, and a stunning free-standing soaking tub. Radiant heating ensures warmth and comfort year-round. This was clearly a setting where only architectural linear drains would suffice to blend with and enhance the overall design while still meeting the needs of the residents and building owners.
Indoor Project Example: Camp Cole

About the Project: Camp Cole, designed by C. Jeff Stroud AIA Architects and Interior Designer Christy Davis, is a state-of-the-art summer camp catering to children with life-threatening and terminal illnesses or other physical and mental health challenges. Situated on 40 acres of farmland, Camp Cole’s facilities include a welcome center, six ADA-compliant guest cabins, a medical center, cafeteria, indoor activity zone, art shack, gymnasium, swimming pool, and amphitheater.
To ensure the camp remained fully ADA-compliant and accounted for proper water management in all campus buildings, Davis worked with an architectural drain manufacturer to outfit Camp Cole with high-performing center drains. Each drain was strategically placed not only in showers and bathrooms but in high-traffic areas around the campus to ensure campers and staff are safe from water hazards during their stay.
Outdoor Project Example: The Loren at Lady Bird Lake

About the Project: The Loren, a 225,000-square-foot mixed-use property is located at the bustling corner of Riverside Drive and Lamar Boulevard, enveloped in both parkland and unmatched views of downtown Austin. The building is located within walking distance of the central business district, yet far enough away from the noise and congestion of the city. Completed in 2022, the project features across eight floors 108 luxury hotel rooms, 24 residences, two penthouses, an interior event space, rooftop restaurant, and pool. The hotel and residence portions are bridged together horizontally and split with a walkway and open-air passage.
To outfit the bathrooms in the hotel, the 24 residences, and the outdoor pool area, Rhode Partners selected architectural linear drains to complement the contemporary aesthetic of each area and ensure proper drainage throughout.
