Kelly Lowe has 8 years of experience in the industry with a current focus on process development and improvement within the New Installations business. She is currently the New Installations Process & Fulfillment Manager at Schindler.

Kelly has had various roles in the company in both New Installations and Existing Installations in Schindler’s Dallas, TX, and Chicago, IL, offices. Using her experience in field offices, she is now passionate about providing support and clarity within process development within our headquarters.

Abby Thebeau is a vertical transportation professional with a passion for service and technology. With over 17 years of experience in the elevator industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her audiences.

Based in Toledo, OH, Abby has experience in multiple areas of the business, including sales management, financial services, digital connectivity, and technical operations. She currently specializes in digital connectivity of elevators and escalators, delivering tangible improvements in equipment performance, and an enhanced Schindler customer experience tying together technology and people.
