Speaker

Samuel Chastain started in the Metal Composite Industry in 1994 with Alcoa Architectural Products (formerly Reynolds Metals) in sales and business development for the South American region. In the 2000’s his roles migrated into global marketing, product development, and strategic analysis - culminating in a three-year assignment in Europe. After six years with Alucoil North America as its General Manager, he spent time on the MCM fabricator side of the business before settling at Alfrex, Inc in Buford, GA. At Alfrex, Inc he holds multiple roles including responsibility for sales in the Southeast region of the USA, marketing, technical services contact, and currently chairs the Technical Committee of the MCM Alliance.

Kevin ‘Dutch’ Juedeman has 33 years’ experience in the architectural aluminum market in both Glass and Glazing Systems and Aluminum Composite Material (ACM). For the past 22 years he has been associated with the Reynobond brand of ACM as produced by Arconic Architectural Products LLC. He currently serves as the field sales representative in the southeast, but he has held a wide variety of roles during his tenure with the organization in operations, procurement and engineering.

Tom Seitz is the Executive Director of MCM Alliance at the Metal Construction Association (MCA). Responsible for leading MCM industry manufacturers, fabricators and suppliers. Working together with these industry segments promoting their technical expertise to architectural, engineering and building owner markets. His Sales & Marketing in the Architectural Facade industry extends over 40 years. He not only has had sales and marketing experiences with steel, aluminum, glass and curtain wall materials in a variety of markets in North America, but also has had management and promotional responsibilities with E. G. Smith, Flour City Architectural Metals, H. H. Robertson Company and most recently 3A Composites. All these experiences have formulated his motivation and leadership participation with architectural metal facades markets.

John Trifonoff is Vice President of East Coast Metal Systems (ECMS), a full-service, quality fabricator specializing in custom architectural metal for interior and exterior envelop systems. John began career in metal fabrication within the HVAC industry before joining ECMS in 1994 as a sheet metal apprentice. He Advanced steadily through multiple positions, gaining experience in metal fabrication production, sales, management, and plant operations. John now oversees all facets of the company's state-of-the-art 60,000-square-foot fabrication facility. John holds a contractor license, a multitude of metal fabrication certifications, and has served on numerous industry-related boards and committees. He currently a member of the Metal Construction Association (MCA), serving on the MCA's Board of Directors and the Metal Composite Material's (MCM) Marketing and Technical Committees.
