Roof coatings and liquid applied membranes (LAMs) have been used in commercial roofing applications for decades. Their recent gains in market share on the U.S. commercial roofing market as restoration systems are attributed to technological advancements in material formulations and application equipment. In addition, as the current industry-wide material shortages expand into another year, more building owners are moving forward with restoration projects.

This webinar will focus on some of the changes to the material formulations. It will also provide insight and when and where to use these materials. This webinar will equip participants with the proper material application methods, including preparation, temperature constraints, coverage rates, and specific application techniques. Examples of proper application methods will be given, as well as examples of how improper application methods contribute to project failures.
