Webinar On-Demand

This CE Center webinar is no longer eligible for receiving credits.
Under the theme “Building Now,” Architectural Record’s Innovation Conference will focus on the challenges and opportunities that accompany construction projects today—whether they are issues related to building sustainably or resiliently; or matters of prefabrication or construction cost, maintenance, labor, or even post-pandemic supply shortages; or about building community and making certain spaces more accessible. Or simply striking details or materials. Speakers will discuss how innovation in design happens from the small scale to the building scale. The extensive architectural work presented, both in the U.S. and around the globe, will include important cultural facilities, creative residential models, alternative forms of sustainability, and provocative public art incorporated in buildings. In addition to the variety of typologies, presentations will tackle topics such as design specificity and flexibility, resource optimization, and the enhancement of the human experience. A special panel will be devoted to building with mass timber.
