Due to scale, complexity, and occupant density, balcony failures are especially problematic in many types of projects, such as multifamily, senior living, and student housing projects. This webinar investigates the most common reasons waterproof balconies fail, including poor drainage, incompatible materials, and misaligned construction sequencing.
