Kelley Collins brings more than 25 years of technical and strategic experience in the science and technology industries. She serves as Director of Business Development and Communications for the Lightning Protection Institute and is Co-owner and President of Lightning Protection University. In these roles, she advances technical education, strengthens industry partnerships, and expands awareness of lightning protection systems in support of resilient infrastructure. As founder of EiP Strategy and Communications, she helps organizations translate complex concepts into actionable strategies that drive results. Kelley is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Organizational Behavior. |

Carly Zimmerman is the President of Larson Lightning Protection, a Certified Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) Contractor and Listed UL Lightning Protection Installer. Carly serves on the board of the United Lightning Protection Association (ULPA) and holds a Master Installer Certification. Since its founding in 1917, Larson Lightning Protection has successfully designed, installed and inspected thousands of lightning protection systems. Memorable projects include the Lincoln Memorial, Liberty Bell, and Yorktowne Hotel, for which we won the LPI Most Innovative Design Award in 2024. Carly serves on the board of several non-profits and is a member of the Forum of Executive Women. |
