Commercial washrooms, restrooms, toilet facilities and locker rooms are one of few defining interactions between any business or building with the general public or occupants of the building. The personal experience one has in this very public space will no doubt shape the opinion of the user about how much a business owner, real estate developer, and designers of the building care about their needs. The course will cover several topic areas important to users of public commercial facilities today.
