All Credits: Innovative Earthquake Architectural Solutions - The CASL System  

The benefits will include informing the attendees of new Seismic Structural and Architectural thought and methodology as it relates to previous thinking. Current seismic building design is changing and the CASL is ahead of present day thinking. The attendees will improve their careers by learning an organic and previously unknown system for preventing building collapse in an earthquake scenario. The architectural, aesthetic, and structural ideas put forth during the presentation will acknowledge a path of thought that will change the attendees thought pattern and interest about nature and its inclusion in everyday living. The attendees perspectives will be challenged by questioning the presenters claims and learning from the presentation. Philosophy of ecology and evolution are part of the ideas presented. The CASL System challenges the current status quo by visualizing and showing that architecture and structure can be combined for a single aesthetic look. In current circles on seismic building design the creation of solutions for building collapse and loss of life must be re-evaluated. Current solutions do not work and a high performance solution such as the CASL is needed.
