Eva Maddox: Innovator, Designer, Educator
Join legendary interior designer Eva Maddox, FIIDA, Assoc. AIA, for an exploration of her work as featured in the new book, Eva Maddox: Innovator, Designer, Educator by Romy Wyllie (The Images Publishing Group). A book signing follows the lecture.
Speaker: Eva Maddox is the consulting principal of Eva Maddox Design Strategies and a recently retired Perkins+Will design principal. In 1975, Eva founded her own interior design firm, Eva Maddox Associates, which merged with Perkins+Will in 2002. Eva is also the co-founder of Archeworks, a multidisciplinary design school that opened in Chicago in 1994. Her designs have won her dozens of awards and she has been invited to lecture at architecture and design schools around the world. Eva is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and the recipient of honorary doctorate degrees from her alma mater and Kendall College of Art and Design.
