Emerging 3D design tech has the disruptive potential to drive major changes in our profession. How can we embrace 3D design tech and expand our reach as architects to participate in the 75% of US building projects where architects are not now engaged? How might 3D design tech further improve the dynamic between architects, builders, clients, and the public? What challenges have recently been solved in 3D design tech and how might 3D design tech grow in the near future?
