Not all companies have the same project management needs when managing a project. What’s important to a specialty trade contractor may not be important to a construction manager or a design-builder. However, one thing is certain: to manage how efficient and productive your company is, you need to have key project information at your fingertips, including accurate job costs, updates on materials, document management, budgeting, scheduling and more.

Maha Harrison is currently working for Hill International, Inc., a leading, global project and construction management consulting firm, Maha Harrison provides a vital link between the company’s information technology initiatives and construction consulting services.
