DAAM

 Elyse Agnello, AIA and Alex Shelly, AIA, DAAM is an award-winning professional design firm founded on principles of collaboration and cross-disciplinary practice at the intersection of Design, Architecture, Art, and Making. Its mission is to advance creative thinking-and-doing in the built environment through a hands-on approach to building physical places and things. Led by Elyse Agnello, AIA and Alex Shelly, AIA, both graduates of the Harvard Graduate School of Design, the team is committed to carefully listening, actively researching, and passionately working to realize new ideas of all kinds.

Rudabeh Pakravan, is registered architect and educator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Architecture from University of Pennsylvania. She is on the design faculty of the University of California, Berkeley. Rudabeh is a member of the Board of Directors of the AIA East Bay and Rites of Passage, an advocacy organization for formerly incarcerated youth.

 
Ishtiaq Rafiuddin

 Ishtiaq Jabir Rafiuddin, established the firm UNDECORATED in 2017. Rafiuddin's work focuses on adaptive reuse and ground up projects in Detroit. Previously Rafiuddin co-founded Based In, a co-working space in Chinatown-NYC, and Mimaj, a visualization studio in Istanbul and Beirut. Between 2006 and 2014, Ishtiaq trained as a designer at REX and OMA. At REX, Ishtiaq was Project Architect for the Vakko Fashion Center in Istanbul. Over the course of 4 years, Ishtiaq played a pivotal role from Concept Design to Construction, relocating to Istanbul as REX's sole design representative during construction. Rafiuddin currently holds the position of Frances and Gilbert P. Schafer Visiting Professor of Architecture at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Architectural Record awarded Rafiuddin Design Vanguard in June of 2021. Ishtiaq was born in Bangladesh and immigrated to the United States at age nine. Ishtiaq has lived in Dhaka, New York City, Buffalo, Istanbul and Detroit.

KristenS

 Kristen Sidell, is a LEED accredited, registered architect. She holds a Bachelor of Art in Art History from Stanford University and a Master of Architecture from University of Pennsylvania. She is an adjunct professor at the California College of the Arts. Kristen is a member of the Board of Trustees of Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley.
